The police have apprehended the suspected orchestrator of the Abuja-Kaduna train passengers’ killings, an event that occurred in March 2022. Identified as Ibrahim Abdullahi, also known as Mandi, the alleged mastermind was disclosed by the Police Public Relations Officer in Kaduna, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, on Thursday.
Adejobi informed the media that the suspect had also been involved in the kidnapping of students from Greenfield University in 2021. Additionally, the police mentioned the confiscation of 48 AK-47 rifles during Mandi’s arrest and stated ongoing efforts to identify his backers and weapons suppliers.
