The Appeal Court in Abuja upheld Uba Sani’s election as the legitimate Governor of Kaduna State on Friday. This decision came after the Kaduna State governorship election petition tribunal had nullified Sani’s victory, following a legal challenge by Isah Ashiru, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate.
In a parallel development, the Court of Appeal in Lagos likewise confirmed Francis Nwifuru as the Governor of Ebonyi State. The verdict, announced by a three-man panel on Friday, solidified Nwifuru’s electoral win.
