All educational institutions in Kogi State have been instructed to have a mandatory break from Friday, November 10 to Tuesday, November 14, 2023, as announced by the Kogi State Commissioner for Education, Science, and Technology, Hon Wemi Jones.
This holiday is in observance of the November 11 governorship election. Regular academic activities will resume on Wednesday, November 15. The commissioner also extended well wishes for a peaceful election and assured the public of the government’s dedication to ensuring a secure and suitable environment for a fair and credible election.
