The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has listed the Falcon 900B aircraft from the Presidential fleet for sale and is inviting interested parties to bid for its purchase. The decision to sell the aircraft received approval from the Federal Government.
In a post on X, NAF announced the sale and outlined the procedures for submitting bids in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2007. Interested parties can submit bids either by email or through physical submission.
For email submissions, bids should be password protected and sent to dproc@airforce.mil.ng, with the password sent separately to dproc2@ http://airforce.mil.ng. In the case of physical submissions, quotations should be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the interested company/entity, along with a description and reference to the request. The envelope should also carry the statement “DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 24 DECEMBER 2023.”
The post emphasized that the bids would be processed immediately after the deadline for submission.
