Nigerians facing economic, security challenges – Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu acknowledged the prevalent insecurity and economic hardships experienced by Nigerians. Despite these difficulties, he expressed confidence that Nigerians would overcome them. He conveyed this message during an Iftar gathering at the Presidential Villa in Abuja with members of the National Assembly.

Tinubu praised the dedication of the Armed Forces and pledged to safeguard Nigeria’s sovereignty. Additionally, he affirmed the commitment to eradicating poverty and enhancing the nation’s economic outlook.

He expressed optimism about Nigeria’s future, citing improvements in revenue generation and indicating a positive trajectory for economic recovery. Tinubu assured that Nigeria would emerge from its current struggles, promising a brighter future for all citizens. He extended a metaphorical promise of adding “butter beside the bread” to improve the quality of life for Nigerians.
