Dangote Petroleum Refinery has declared a decrease in the price of diesel from N1200 to N1,000 per litre.
According to a statement released by the refinery, it had supplied diesel at a significantly lower price of N1,200 per litre three weeks prior, marking a reduction of over 30 percent from the previous market price of approximately N1,600 per litre.
The refinery elaborated that this notable price reduction in diesel is anticipated to have a beneficial impact across all sectors of the economy and contribute to lowering the high inflation rate in the country.
