Wizkid, the Nigerian singer who has clinched Grammy awards, stood out at the recent British Photography Awards (BPA) in London over the weekend. His performance snapshot from the Glastonbury Festival earlier this year secured the Event Category Award at the 2023 British Photography Awards.
The renowned photograph was captured by Nick Haill, a freelance photographer and graphic designer based in London. This accomplishment marks Wizkid as the inaugural Nigerian celebrity whose picture has earned a British Photography Award.
